Horns set.  #5 sets a ball screen for #1 who starts on one side instead of in the middle.  Once #1 clears. #5 rolls to the basket.
Pre-set to get into a side pick-and-roll.  #4 sets a down screen for #2 who catches the ball from #1.  Prior to passing, #1 dribbles to the slot.

Set play for a lob or a three.  #1 brings the ball up the court and passes to #2.  #2 can either pass to #3 who sets up his man for a lob or pass to #1 coming off of the flare screen set by #4.
This is a set to set up the pinch post for #2 (usually #9 Deng).  #4 sets a ball screen and #5 clears to the opposite wing.  #4 will then set a screen for #2 who will come to the ball-side elbow.

Set play for #2.  #1 brings the ball up the court and passes to #3 on the opposite slot.  #'s 4 and 5 set a stagger double for #2 who will come off of it to the wing for a shot or drive.
Baseline inbounds play from a triple stack alignment.  #5 comes across the front of #3 and looks for the ball from #2.  #3 will then set a screen for #4 who catches at the wing.  If #4 catches at the wing, #1 will cut to the ball-side slot and the half court portion of the play will be run.
