An open post pick and roll with #5 setting the ball screen for #1 before rolling to the basket.
#4 sets a pick and pop for #1 who then has options to pass the basketball or to drive to the basket.

#4 sets a screen for #2 to cuts to the wing.  If he does not get the ball, #4 sets a high pick and pop for #1.
#4 sets a ball screen for #1 and pops to the perimeter as #1 has several pass options or he can drive to the basket.

#4 steps out and sets a ball screen for #1.  #1 then works a dribble handoff with #3.
#2 rub cuts over the top of #4 to start.  #4 then sets a middle pick and roll for #1.
