Secondary break play.  #1 works a dribble handoff with #2 and cuts to the ball-side corner.  #2 will then pass to #5 who is the trailer.

#5 will swing the ball to #3 and follow the pass.  #5 slips the ball screen and cuts to the basket as #4 moves to the nail to clear room for #5 on the cut to the basket.

Secondary break play.  #1 passes ahead to #2 and cuts away to the basket.  #4 will roll to the ball-side low block.  #2 will swing the ball to #5 who is trailing the play.

When #5 catches, #3 will set a down screen for #1 and clear to the opposite corner.  When #1 catches, #4 clears to the elbow opposite #1.  This will set up a one-on-one opportunity for #1.
