Side pick and roll into a single-post.  #5 sets a ball screen for #2 after #2 gets a pass from #1.  #5 will roll once #2 clears the screen.  #3 will spot up in the help-side corner, #1 will set up at the help-side wing, and #4 will set up at the help-side slot.
Transition middle ball screen for #2.  #1 passes ahead to #2 and cuts to the ball-side corner.  #5 then sets a middle ball screen as #2 dribbles to the other side.  #5 rolls to the low block on the same side #2 started and #4 will roll from one block to the other.

Transition side pick and pop.  #4 sets a ball screen for #1 before popping to the perimeter.
Horns into a single post look.  #1 enters the ball to #5 and goes to get it back on the handoff.  #5 hands the ball off and pops to the point while #4 bolts for the front of the rim.

Quick hitter to get into a high/low look.  #5 sets a down screen for #4.  #1, who is dribbling to the slot on the same side of the action, can pass to #4 on the perimeter or #5 on the post up.
Transition middle ball screen for #1.  #4 sets a ball screen for #4 and rolls to the elbow on the same side as #1 started.  If #1 passes to #2 as illustrated above, #4 will post up on the low block on the same side as #2.
