Back screen for a post up with a stagger double as a second option.  #1 dribbles to the wing forcing #3 to set a back screen for #5.  #3 will then join with #4 to set a stagger double for #2.
Entry into a 1-3-1 high/low motion offense.  #1 enters the ball to #4.  #5 dives to the low block opposite #4 and #2 dives to the ball-side corner.

Secondary break play that Washington runs.  #1 enters the ball to #2 and cuts to the ball-side corner.  #4 will then receive the pass from #2 as the trailer and reverse the ball to #3.

Once #3 catches, #5 will set a back screen and #2 will execute a shuffle cut.  #5 will then work with #4 to set a stagger double screen for #1.

Ball screen play for a shot in the corner.  #1 comes off of #4's ball screen.  Meanwhile, #5 sets a down screen for #2 to get #2 open in the corner for the shot.
1-4 high set into the flex offense.  #4 pops out to catch the ball.  #1 cuts between #'s 4 and 5 to set the baseline screen for #3.  #5 then sets the down screen that will be used by #1.
